Answer: On the third round
Once again we are in a rather delicate contract! Our best hope is that south has only two diamonds headed by the ace and also the ace of trumps. So we duck two rounds and south wins the second with the ace. We then win any return and take out trumps. When south wins with the ace of trumps there is no way back to his partner's hand for a diamond ruff, so we again win any return, take out trumps and make the king of diamonds on the third round of diamonds.
