Answer - Yes we draw trumps

Take two rounds of trumps, if they break two/two you have no problem and will make all 13 tricks (5 spades; 6 diamonds the ♥A and a heart ruff). break 3-1, and the Q♠ isn't a singleton, leave the the Q♠ outstanding and start on diamonds. You will have at the most 2 clubs and a spade to lose and may be able to get one or both of the clubs away before the opponents ruff.
