We have two diamond losers and one spade loser so we cannot afford to lose any hearts so we must ruff them in dummy and we should do this before drawing trumps. So, win the opening lead with the ♣K and then play ♥Q to the ♥A, ruff a heart, back to hand with the ♣A and ruff a second heart. Now take out trumps.
