Answer

B) is correct. After west's 3♦ bid east's hand looks very good so he just bids 4♦ leaving room for west to check on the ace situation in case 7♦ is on.

C) is wrong - east should show his spade suit first and not bid 2♦

A) is wrong - the bidding of 2♦ is not forcing and partner could pass it. With 20 points west needs to make a forcing bid by bidding 3♦.

D is wrong - the jump to 5♦ over a game forcing bid shows a weak hand. However east has a very good hand over west's 3♦ bid. East should bid 5♦ with a much weaker hand. West's 6♦ bid is therefore wrong and he could have pushed the partnership into an unmakeable slam.
