Answer

A) is correct
2♣ - not 3♣ we need 16 HCPs to bid 3♣
3♠ - I have 16+ HCPs and a good suit(therefore 3♠ is forcing to game)
4♠ - agreeing spades
5NT - we have all the aces, how many kings have you.
7NT - East doesn't need to tell partner how many kings he has because he can see 7 tricks in clubs - far better than the possession of a few more kings. He also judged that 7NT would be a safer contract than 7♠. (It's possible that the clubs could be ruffed at trick one if the contract was 7♠).

B) is incorrect because 2♠ could be passed; rebidding the spades again with 3♠ is overstating the spades and again could be passed

C) is incorrect - 3♣ should show 16+ HCPs

D) is incorrect - 2♠ wrong: 5♠ wimpish: 6♣ wrong because partner has signed off and the partnership could be missing 2 aces.
